The right rear SRAM Apex hydraulic shift/brake unit is designed for those using the 12-speed Apex groupset with mechanical Apex XPLR or Eagle derailleurs. It combines shifting and hydraulic disc braking in a single unit, with the same braking platform as the AXS groupsets.
The hood shape is optimized to fit a wider range of hand sizes, and the shift hoods are textured for control. Reach Adjust lets you customize the lever reach, while the Stealth-a-majig connector makes installation easier. The brake hose is 2000 mm long, so check the routing before purchasing.
