Bikilia S.r.l. wants evolutionbikes.it to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. The website follows Directive (UE) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and uses the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA, as its reference.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant. We know that some parts are not yet fully compliant:
- some older product descriptions and images supplied by manufacturers may lack complete alternative text;
- some third-party services (instalment payments, cookie banners, chat, reviews) are managed by external providers and are not entirely under our control.
What we have done
- alternative text for product and page images;
- menus, basket and forms that can also be used with a keyboard, with labelled fields;
- colour contrast and text that can be enlarged without losing content;
- the website in 6 languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Polish.

If you find content or a feature that you cannot use, email us at info@evolutionbikes.it or call us on +39 0823 1560738 (Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00). We will reply within 30 days and, if needed, help you complete your purchase in another way.
If the response is unsatisfactory, you can contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID).
