The Shimano XT M8100 rear 2-piston hydraulic disc brake is designed for riders who enjoy cross-country MTB, marathon, and light trail riding. It is sold without a rotor.

• Hydraulic braking on the rear wheel, suitable for cross-country, marathon, and light trail riding
• Two pistons: the right choice for XC and less extreme trail riding
• Post Mount, so check that your frame or fork supports it
• Uses Shimano mineral oil, which must not be replaced with other types of oil
• The rotor is not included: it must be purchased separately. For demanding enduro, the 4-piston M8120 model is a better choice
