The Scott Aspect 940 Blue is a new hardtail MTB, available in sizes S, M, L and XL. The aluminium frame is paired with a suspension fork, Shimano drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes: an option for riders starting to explore mountain biking on the trails.

The Scott Aspect 940 Blue was developed with a stated aim from SCOTT: to combine low weight and efficiency on your rides.

  • Aluminium frame: The Aspect 900-700 series uses 6061 aluminium, internal cable routing and a replaceable derailleur hanger.
  • Fork with lockout: The Suntour XCR32/X1-RL-R offers 100mm of travel, hydraulic lockout and rebound adjustment.
  • Shimano Alivio rear derailleur: The 18-speed drivetrain pairs the Alivio RD-M3100 rear derailleur with a 36X22 crankset and 11-36T cassette.
  • Disc brakes: The hydraulic Shimano MT200 brakes work with Shimano SM-RT10 CL discs in 160mm.
  • Kenda Booster tyres: The Kenda Booster tyres in 2.4″ and 30TPI are paired with Syncros X-20 Disc 32H rims.

Choose it to get into MTB riding with a build that includes a Syncros handlebar, stem, seatpost and saddle, as well as VP VP-536 pedals.

The SCOTT Aspect 940 is a lightweight, efficient hardtail bike offering excellent value for money. It is the perfect bike for those who have recently discovered mountain biking, as it comes equipped with a fork lockout mechanism, disc brakes and Syncros components.
