The 700c Zipp 404 S Disc wheel is a tubeless carbon road wheel with a 50 mm rim and a Centerlock disc brake mount. The mid-depth profile, inspired by the Firecrest design, aims to remain stable in crosswinds.
With an internal rim width of 23 mm, it is designed for tyres from 28 to 39 mm, which you can run at lower pressures for good rolling resistance and greater control over the surface. The front rim has 20 Sapim CX-Sprint spokes in a 2-cross pattern, and the Zipp 76 hub offers 36 engagement points; the rear has 24 spokes and a Zipp 176 hub. The front wheel weighs 707 g and the rear 838 g. It is black with dark grey or white graphics and comes in 700c.
