The Zipp 202 NSW wheel with a Centerlock disc brake mount is a tubeless-ready carbon rim for riders tackling demanding climbs who also want a good aerodynamic profile on descents. The 35 mm profile and construction using carbon fibres of different stiffnesses aim to combine low weight, stiffness and tyre retention.
The available version is black, in size 700c, with a 12 x 100 mm front axle and a 12 x 142 mm rear axle: check that your frame and fork use the same standard. The ZR1 SL hub has 20 holes with Alpina Hyperlite spokes and ceramic bearings. The claimed wheelset weight is 1,090 g and the maximum system weight is 115 kg. The package includes the rim, tubeless tape, valve and Centerlock lockring. Zipp offers a lifetime warranty under the manufacturer's terms.
