The Zipp Super-9 Disc Centerlock rear wheel is a 700c carbon disc wheel designed for time trials and triathlon. The rim has an internal width of 23 mm and an external width of 30.4 mm, suitable for wide tyres run at lower pressures. The profile is aerodynamic and the ceramic bearings reduce rolling resistance. The rim is tubeless-ready but also works with an inner tube.
The freehub body is SRAM/Shimano HG or SRAM XDR, while the Campagnolo version is sold separately, so choose according to your drivetrain. The integrated TyreWiz 2.0 sensor weighs 10 g and monitors pressure. The maximum pressure is 5.0 bar (73 psi) and the maximum system weight is 115 kg. The claimed weight is 1,050 g. The rim has a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
