The SRAM PG-720 DH cassette is the 7-speed cassette for riders using a 1x drivetrain for downhill. Its gearing is designed for downhill riding: each shift is more precise, and the 11-25-tooth range covers both fast and technical sections. It is compatible with SRAM 11-speed chains, the SRAM X01 DH groupset, and splined freehub bodies.
To choose the right one, check your hub type. On traditional HG hubs, the cassette installs as is. On dedicated 7-speed slim DH hubs, you need to remove the spacer. Also check that your chain and crankset are compatible, as the system is designed for a 1x DH drivetrain.
