The new AELION family is the result of meticulous development aimed at balancing low weight, stiffness, aerodynamics and comfort.
Forged and proven in racing with the Caja Rural–Seguros RGA team, it stands out for its responsiveness and versatility in the most demanding situations.
In the AELION SL version, the use of Toray 1100 carbon reduces weight by 300 g and increases stiffness, taking efficiency and responsiveness a step further without compromising stability or control.
The result is a structure that transfers power more efficiently, especially during acceleration, changes of pace and climbs. The bike responds more quickly, turning every pedal stroke into speed with a feeling of precision and control in races.
Founded in Asturias in the 1980s by Manuel Menéndez, MMR is now based in Avilés and offers road, mountain, gravel and electric bikes. Daniel Alonso relaunched the brand in 2008. In-house development and collaboration with teams help shape its bicycles.
