HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT:

The 3D high-neck base layer is perfect for wearing as a base layer for outdoor sporting activities during cold, damp seasons, such as cycling, running, walking and gym training. Thanks to its light weight and ability to keep the body warm and dry, it is ideal for both intense training sessions and longer outings. Wear it under a jacket or technical jumper to maximise protection from the cold, or as your only layer for high-intensity activities where heat and moisture regulation are essential.

PER IL CYCLING: from -5° to +15°, you can wear the women's 3D long-sleeved thermal high-neck base layer as your first layer against the skin. Remember to wear a protective, insulating jacket over it, such as the Biotex Plus Wb6 Thermal Jacket. If temperatures drop below -5°, you can add a third layer, such as the Summerlight Mesh Vest, under the 3D high-neck base layer.

PER IL RUNNING: depending on your needs and the outside temperature, you can wear the women's 3D high-neck base layer as your only layer against the skin while running, or underneath an insulating garment. You can add a protective layer over your chest with a windproof gilet, the WIN Gilet, which provides protection at the front and breathability at the back, where you sweat most.

PER LA WALKING: from +10° to +15°, you can wear the 3D high-neck base layer as your first layer against the skin, with a second protective layer over it, such as the WIN 2 Jacket in 1, whose sleeves can be detached when needed. If temperatures drop below 10° and the activity is not too intense, we recommend replacing the second layer with a warmer, 100% windproof garment, such as the IEX Thermal Jacket.
