The SRAM XX T-Type Eagle AXS rear derailleur protection kit combines the upper and lower outer links, including bushings and hardware, in a single set. You need it when replacing the derailleur’s outer parts after a fall or impact, without buying the entire derailleur.
The kit is compatible with the RD-XX-E-B1 derailleur: check the code before ordering, as a replacement part from another series may not fit. Before installation, make sure the bushings and bolts are intact and that your derailleur is from the XX T-Type Eagle AXS series. If you’re unsure of the model, check your groupset’s product page.
