Looking for a Shimano Tourney 8-speed crankset with 170 mm crank arms? This replacement is for riders who need to replace their bike's crankset while retaining the JIS square taper interface, which requires a 122 mm axle. The compatible chain is the Shimano 6-, 7- or 8-speed HG/UG, while the Q-factor is 185.5 mm. The bottom bracket is not included: check the shell width, 68 or 73 mm, before buying.
The 24-34-42t/CG, with smaller chainrings, makes climbing easier. The chainline is 50 mm for 135 or 142 mm shells.
