The RockShox Rudy Ultimate XPLR Race Day 2 is a gravel fork with 30 or 40 mm of travel for drop-bar bikes, designed for riders covering long distances on pavement and gravel roads. It features the Charger Race Day 2 damper, the lightest ever made by RockShox for performance, with two compression positions: Open for comfort and Lock, which locks the fork for sprints and pedaling sections.
With 30 or 40 mm of travel, the Rudy absorbs bumps without making handling feel heavy, and its Solo Air spring is tuned for short travel. Check the 45 mm offset, tapered steerer, and 12 x 100 mm hub spacing against your frame before purchase. Several colors are available; make sure the 700c size is right for your bike. The fork accepts tires up to 700x50 mm and supports full or short fenders.
