The Busch+Müller Toplight FLAT S PLUS dynamo rear light mounts on the pannier rack and is powered by the hub dynamo, so there are no batteries to recharge. The position light is always active and cannot be switched off. The rear light is StVZO-approved for bicycles, the German standard for road use.
