Elvedes traces its roots to the business started in 1965 by Lourens van der Spruijt in the Netherlands. Today it is based in Nieuwkuijk and offers cables, brake pads, bearings and bottom brackets for bicycle maintenance. The brand name comes from the founder’s initials, L-V-D-S.
