Schwalbe Smart Sam PLUS Wire Bead Tyre

The Schwalbe Smart Sam PLUS wire bead tyre is designed for mountain biking, with 3 mm GreenGuard protection and Addix compound. The SnakeSkin sidewall makes it tubeless ready, so you can use it without an inner tube on tubeless rims. It weighs 760 g and the casing has 67 TPI; it is approved for e-bikes up to 50 km/h (ECE-R75).

Choose the size to suit your bike's wheel: sizes are available for wheels from 20 to 27,5 inches, as well as 700x40 and 700x47. The ETRTO code on the sidewall of your current tyre is the most reliable reference, as it indicates the exact size to look for.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
