Technology

PureGrip compound
Based on an active silica compound, this technology was originally developed for mid-range products but after intensive development at the Korbach Research and Development center, a new advanced compound was created with excellent grip and properties suitable for cross-country.
The new rubber compound, whose name PureGrip speaks for itself, ranks just below BlackChili and is used in high-end products both in road and MTB sectors. Along with great grip, it also guarantees long durability – both characteristics of Continental tires – which are exclusively manufactured at the Hefei factory (Asia).
