Odyssey Big-Boyd Rim

Description

The 20-inch Odyssey Big-Boyd rim is a BMX rim in 6069-T6 aluminium, designed with Boyd Hilder to combine strength and low weight. It has a 40 mm wide section and accepts tyres from 2,3 to 2,8 inches, making it suitable for riders wanting wider tyres on their BMX. With 36 holes and crossed spokes, the wheel gains lateral stiffness.

The outer walls are thicker and the nipples are internally reinforced, with fully welded joints. The low profile and angled brake reduce the risk of the wheel catching on obstacles.
