The SRAM XX1 Type 2.1 rear derailleur is designed for 11-speed mountain bikes and features a long cage, compatible with cassettes up to 42 teeth. X-HORIZON technology keeps the chain gap constant in every gear, delivering fast, precise shifts without ghost shifting. It is part of the X-ACTUATION system and should be paired with XX1 shifters.
The ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH reduces chain bounce and slap, while CAGE LOCK makes it easier to install and remove the wheel. The cage is made of carbon, the pulleys have ceramic bearings, and the derailleur weighs 245 g. Choose between pure black or black with red details to match your bike's look.
