The SRAM S500 Eagle AXS rear derailleur is designed for 12-speed Eagle drivetrains with a 10-50T or 10-52T cassette. The long aluminum cage and Type 3 damper keep the chain secure and make descents quieter. The AXS system lets you customize settings and integrate other AXS components.
The Overload Clutch protects the derailleur from impacts: in the event of an impact, the motor disengages and the derailleur immediately returns to position. The system is resistant to water and dust, making it useful for water crossings and mud. The derailleur comes in black only and is supplied without an AXS battery, which must be purchased separately if you don't already have one.
