The SRAM Apex Eagle rear derailleur is a 12-speed derailleur for drop-bar bikes, compatible with 50- and 52-tooth cassettes. The X-HORIZON design limits movement to the horizontal axis, reducing shifting effort and preventing ghost shifts.
It works with 12-speed mechanical Apex and Eagle shifters and must be paired with an Eagle chain. Roller Bearing Clutch technology controls chain tension for consistent shifting, while Cage Lock makes it easier to change the wheel and install the chain. It comes only in black, so your choice depends on which shifter and chain you already have.
