The SRAM Apex 1 rear derailleur is designed for riders building an 11-speed road bike who want precise, reliable shifting. X-Horizon geometry and ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH technology deliver smooth, stable shifts.
The long cage is made of aluminum, and the pulley bearings are steel. It supports sprockets up to 42 teeth; if the largest sprocket exceeds this, the derailleur is not suitable. Before ordering, compare the number of teeth with that of your cassette. It is available in black, the model's only color option.
