The Shimano TL-FC18 crank arm fitting tool is designed for fitting and removing Hollowtech II and 2-Piece crank arms on both road bikes and MTB. The head is made from chrome-plated steel and the ergonomic handle helps loosen tightened bolts.
No precise torque value is needed: stop when you feel low to moderate resistance to eliminate lateral play without overtightening. Check that your crank arm is Hollowtech II or 2-Piece.
