The SRAM Maxle Stealth Road front thru axle is designed for road front hubs with a 12x100 mm spacing and an overall length of 118.5 mm. You’ll need it if you’re replacing the front wheel axle on a road bike with a fork compatible with the Stealth system. The low-profile design is the feature highlighted by the supplier.
The axle is secured with a tool, not a lever, and is black. It has an M12x1.50 thread with a length of 9 mm. Before ordering, check that your hub spacing is 12x100 mm and that your fork supports the Maxle Stealth system.
