PER UNA GREATER SAFETY ABUS MoDrop MIPS for every terrain and riding style - keeps pushing your limits further. The MTB helmet is the perfect companion for big mountain days, trail rides or relaxed family outings. Equipped with our MTB-specific adjustment system and TriVider strap system, this helmet has plenty of features for enhanced comfort. On descents, the height-adjustable peak protects against overhanging branches. In a fall, it can also prevent a direct impact to the face. MIPS impact protection provides additional safety, protecting the skull, especially if it hits the ground at an angle during a fall. These falls expose the skull to strong rotational movements that can cause serious brain injuries. With MIPS, a movable, low-friction plastic shell is integrated into the helmet to reduce rotation and better protect the skull.

Lower edge protection: the outer polycarbonate (PC) shell covers the helmet's lower edge and protects against scratches, impacts and signs of wear

Ponytail opening: thanks to the recess in the height-adjustable fit system, the helmet also accommodates long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns or plaits

Mips Layer: a thin plastic shell between the inner padding and the helmet shell that absorbs energy to counteract rotational forces in a fall

Reflective sticker: for improved visibility in the dark

Height-adjustable peak: the peak can be adjusted using preset positions to provide optimum protection against overhanging branches and sunlight

Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: a dial at the back of the head for individually adjusting the helmet to your head circumference

Trivider™: particularly flat strap divider with fixed strap positioning to prevent unintended adjustments

Comfort padding: soft padded inserts for optimum comfort, attached to the helmet with hook-and-loop fastenings
