With Goose Lock, ABUS has developed a shape-retaining bike lock that is highly appealing to the touch and the eye, with impressive colour and design. It consists of several components: the classic 6 millimetre-thick steel chain, the gooseneck, the foam covering and a plastic fibre sleeve. The steel chain, housing and supporting parts of the locking mechanism are made from specially hardened steel. The term "gooseneck" refers to two metal coil springs intertwined with each other that ensure the lock retains its shape. This allows the lock to be bent into the desired shape and wrapped tightly around the bike frame. The foam gives the lock its distinctive feel and ensures jolt-free transport. The durable, highly flexible plastic fibre covering provides a high level of protection against abrasion and scratches. Thanks to its shape retention and foam, the lock is easy to transport. It does not move around on the bike frame while remaining flexible. Designed to complement any bike, it is available in various colours for an individual colour statement.
