Abus - ADAPTOR CHAIN Superior

A swivelling oval ring, a protective coating and a 7 mm thick chain: these features make the high-quality ADAPTOR CHAIN Superior plug-in chain the ideal addition to frame locks.

A STYLISH DI SECURITY UPGRADE. Style meets security: ADAPTOR CHAIN Superior is the elegant successor to ACH IVY and features a newly designed oval metal ring that provides 360° flexibility when attaching it. Thanks to its narrow shape, the ring is particularly easy to guide through spokes or tight gaps. Combined with 360° flexibility, this makes handling particularly convenient. An additional coating on the ring effectively protects against scratches. Although the frame lock already fitted reliably locks the rear wheel, it does not prevent the bicycle from being carried away. The Superior plug-in chain is therefore the ideal addition for securing your bicycle firmly to fixed objects such as lampposts or bike racks, for double security. Simply place the chain around the object and insert it into the additional locking body of an ABUS frame lock or Alarmbox 2.0. No additional key is required: the frame lock's key opens and locks both components. The non-slip fabric cover protects the frame against scratches and also repels dirt and water. With three fashionable colours, Black, Metal Blue and Bike Packing, the plug-in chain creates an attractive look on every ride. The high-quality feel of the materials also makes handling pleasant. The Superior plug-in chain is available in two lengths: 100 cm and 130 cm. The 100 cm version can be conveniently stored in the ST 5950 2.0 and ST 5050 bags.
