The Tubus Tara Big Apple front rack is for riders who want to carry bags or luggage at the front of their bike. The support tube with side struts is made from 25CrMo4 steel and has a maximum load stated by Tubus as 18 kg (15 kg according to rosebikes.com).
Installation requires a fork with lowrider eyelets: the mounting spacing ranges from 130 to 140 mm and the dropout mount from 124 to 134 mm, adjustable with a spacer. It is not suitable for suspension forks or carbon forks without eyelets. It comes in size 26-28, according to your bike's wheels.
