The Shimano BB-UN300 bottom bracket is a cartridge with sealed bearings, designed for frames with a 68 mm shell and a JIS square taper interface. It is a replacement to fit in the frame in place of the worn component. The axle measures 107 mm and has a square cross-section to connect to square taper crank arms.
Before buying, check that your frame's shell width is 68 mm and that the crank arms have a JIS square taper interface. Crank arm bolts are not included, so check that you already have them or obtain them.
