Shimano GRX-820 12-Speed Right Rear STI Lever

The STI Shimano GRX-820 12s lever is a dual-control lever for gravel and cyclocross, with 12-speed mechanical rear shifting and a hydraulic disc brake. It mounts on the right side, where the rear derailleur is controlled, and is designed for riders looking for a 12-speed lever with integrated braking and shifting.

The lever weighs 289 g and has bolt-adjustable reach over a 10.9 mm range, using a 2 mm hex key. The brake fluid is mineral oil and the handlebar mount is a 23.8-24.2 mm closed clamp. The SM-BH90-JK-SSR brake hose is not included, while the recommended calliper is the BR-RX820. The pack contains 1 brake/shift lever and 1 gear cable. For the front lever, choose the left-hand version.
