The Busch+Müller Lumotec UPP N Plus dynamo front light is for anyone riding with a dynamo who wants approved lighting for everyday city journeys or evening rides. It connects using the supplied cable and lights up as you pedal, with no batteries to recharge.
The extra functions matter in everyday use: the standlight keeps you visible when stationary, the daytime running light helps you get noticed during the day, and the on/off switch lets you decide when to turn it on. The front reflector and side illumination increase visibility from more angles. There are no other versions to choose from. The front light is StVZO-approved for bicycle road use under §67 StVZO.
