Busch+Müller IXON CORE 2 Battery Front Light

The Busch+Müller IXON CORE 2 battery-powered front light is a handlebar-mounted bicycle front light designed for riding in the dark. It has three light levels: 70 lx in High Power with 2,5 h of runtime, 35 lx in Mid Power for 6,5 h and 15 lx in Low Power for up to 18 h. The maximum level is 70 Lux; for long routes, use the middle or lowest setting for longer runtime.

The lithium-ion battery is integrated but replaceable, and the front light also works as a 1,500 mAh powerbank. Fast charging is via USB-C. The body is stainless steel with a shatterproof glass front, and it weighs 125 g including the mount. The mount fits handlebars from 22 to 35 mm and the model is StVZO-approved.

Founded in 1925 in Meinerzhagen by August Busch and Willy Müller, Busch+Müller is still based in the German town. It makes headlights, rear lights and mirrors for bicycles and e-bikes, accompanying cyclists on their everyday journeys. The company has remained family-run for three generations.
