The Schwalbe Gatorskin wire bead tyre is designed for road cyclists with a rim that has a steel bead. The 180 TPI casing incorporates a bead-to-bead DuraSkin layer and a Kevlar-reinforced top layer, with PolyX puncture protection. The rigid steel bead does not fold, so check that your rim is suitable for this bead type.
It is available in size 700x28 (28-622). The pressure ranges from 95 to 120 PSI.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
