Schwalbe SV19L-EL Extralight Inner Tube

The Schwalbe SV19L-EL Extralight inner tube is a lightweight replacement inner tube for MTB bikes with 27,5, 28 or 29 inch wheels. It weighs 215 g and has a 60 mm Presta valve: before buying, check that the ETRTO size 54/75-584/622 matches your tyre and that the valve length suits your rim.

The butyl construction and Extra Light version aim to reduce weight compared with a standard inner tube. If you often race or go on long rides where weight matters, it is the most suitable choice; those who ride more intensively may find it useful to carry a spare in their backpack. Choose the size based on the tyre fitted, rather than the wheel designation alone.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
