Biotex Windproof Helmet Liner

The Windproof helmet liner combines Technotrans thermal fabric with the protection of WindBiotex fabric. These two fabrics create a perfect thermal combination. While Technotrans fabric breathes and keeps your head dry and warm, the windproof protection enhances thermal insulation by blocking the wind. Designed to cover the head and ears, its shape makes it practical and comfortable to wear, making this accessory ideal for all outdoor sports.

HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT

The Windproof helmet liner can be worn when temperatures range from -20° to +10°. The temperature range indicates the extreme limits of use. Use the midpoint of this range as a reference to meet your needs, which vary according to the sport, weather conditions and your own thermoregulation. The garment retains its technical qualities over the years and after many washes: simply follow a few straightforward rules for garment care.

Each Biotex range has unique features that distinguish it in terms of warmth, fit, compression and design, but all aim to improve the body's performance during aerobic activity.

GARMENT DEL CARE

Take care of your Biotex garments to ensure long-lasting use. We recommend washing the garment before use to avoid possible colour transfer to other garments. To preserve its properties, we recommend a gentle wash inside out at a temperature of no more than 40° and air drying. Make sure all zips, buttons and Velcro fastenings are securely closed. We recommend avoiding or reducing the use of fabric softeners, as they inhibit breathability. Do not place on radiators or other sources of direct heat, and do not iron. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. Bright/fluorescent colours may fade.

Biotex was founded in Faenza in 1990 from an idea by Antonio Visani and is still based in the Romagna town today. It makes technical underwear and clothing for cycling and mountain biking, supporting riders throughout the seasons. Its name combines “Bio”, life, and “Tex”, fabric: a reference to the idea of well-being through what we wear.
