These all-terrain road cycling shoes are designed to feel comfortable during weekend group rides as well as daily training or gran fondos. Behind the Overcurve R4 lies advanced construction technology: a stretch material coated in polyurethane combines with a comfortable mesh to reduce energy loss and provide lasting support to the foot where it is most needed.

Overcurve
The shoe closure is fast, reliable, and secure, thanks to a BOA® Li2 micro-adjustable pin system shaped in an over-curve. The Overcurve shoe construction features a stepped internal collar that wraps around the ankle and follows the natural alignment of the two bony protrusions of the ankle: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape where the shoe collar curves over the foot from the outside inward.

R4 Sole
The moderately stiff R4 sole offers a good balance between comfort and pedaling efficiency, making it a true all-rounder shoe. It has a lower profile that has been structurally optimized with a 15% carbon fiber composition. The R4 sole also provides effective ventilation with internal channels for efficient temperature regulation. The cleat is positioned slightly more towards the heel compared to traditional placement to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce pressure on the knees, which is especially suitable for aggressive and aerodynamic riding positions.
