The new Look pedal for mountain bikes is built around a mechanism that offers maximum resistance to the negative effects caused by contact with various external factors (stones, roots, mud, etc.), ensuring consistent and reliable performance over time. The pedal axle, equipped with a double weather-resistant seal, has been improved to withstand the toughest conditions you may encounter during a bike ride.

Look has stayed true to the principles that guide them daily: fewer problems mean more time to pedal and therefore more fun.

The best power-to-weight ratio
All the energy produced is transferred to the MTB through the pedals. Therefore, their role is crucial.
Look's goal for this new solution is to make the power transfer generated by the pedal more efficient. That’s why Look chose to prioritize the weight/contact surface ratio in the design of this model.

Generally, the larger the contact surface, the more efficient the energy transfer will be. Conversely, the larger the contact surface, the heavier the pedal will be.
The challenge faced by Look's engineers was to identify the useful areas for energy transmission and optimize the pedal design to limit unused parts. This task allowed them to design the pedal with the best weight/contact surface ratio on the market.

Lateral contact support
The lateral contact support guides the foot in finding the clip-in point, ensuring a contact point. This wide contact surface prevents the foot from slipping on the pedal body and offers stable and secure support.

Mechanism geometry
The mechanism works independently of external conditions and gives the user a consistent feeling of stability and engagement, in any condition.

Adjustable tension
The adjustable screw allows you to set the entry/exit resistance according to your needs.
