Technology: Cage Lock
Thanks to the CAGE LOCK technology of the rear derailleur, removing and installing the rear wheel and chain is easier and faster than ever. Simply push the cage forward (to release chain tension) and lock it.

Roller Bearing Clutch
ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH rear derailleurs offer maximum riding stability, even on very challenging terrain. ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH technology puts an end to wobbly rear derailleurs and chain slap without sacrificing precision.

X-Actuation
X-ACTUATION technology, specially developed for SRAM 1x, ensures precise and consistent shifting across the entire cassette.

X-Horizon
The parallelogram design of the X-HORIZON rear derailleur limits movement along the horizontal axis, eliminating “ghost shifting” and reducing shifting force. For faster and more precise shifting, the wide offset of the upper derailleur pulley ensures a constant chain distance in every gear.

X-Sync
SRAM’s X-SYNC 1x chainrings deliver maximum performance and durability. The long tooth edges of SRAM X-SYNC grip the chain before traditional triangular teeth. The narrow, sharp tooth profile and rounded, angled edges support chain guidance. To provide the best possible performance even on muddy terrain, X-SYNC chainrings feature recesses to remove dirt and mud from the chain’s inner links and rollers. Made in Germany, X-SYNC chainrings are an important component of SRAM’s 1x drivetrain.
