Sram Force Axs D2 Max 36T Rear Derailleur

Orbit
Orbit technology is an innovative new form of derailleur movement control. It uses silicone fluid as part of a sleek, ultralight damping system. Compared to a standard clutch system, Orbit technology adds no extra resistance to the rear derailleur spring during slow or light movement. That means easier shifting and rear wheel removal. And while riding, the fluid damper reduces chain bounce. It’s solid reliability for both 1x and 2x systems.
AXS
AXS is SRAM’s new component integration system that connects the bike’s electronic components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows riders to see battery status, change component behavior, customize controls, receive maintenance reminders, and update firmware.

X-SYNC
SRAM X-SYNC 1x chainrings offer the highest level of performance and durability. The tall square tooth edges of SRAM X-SYNC engage the chain before traditional triangular-shaped teeth. The sharp, narrow tooth profile, as well as the rounded chamfered edges, help manage a misaligned chain. To provide the best possible performance in muddy conditions, X-SYNC chainrings are designed with recesses to clear mud from the chain’s inner links and rollers. Designed in Germany, X-SYNC rings are an integral part of the SRAM 1x drivetrain. Do not accept imitations.
eTap
All the technology behind our new SRAM RED eTap groupset, like wireless shifting, advanced battery charge management, and mechatronic technologies, is designed to serve one ultimate purpose: to enable the most intuitive and consistent shifting available. This shifting logic is called eTap. The right lever makes it harder, the left lever makes it easier, both levers shift the front derailleur. Simple, unmistakable, and intuitive.
