Starting from the innovative Ergopower brake/shifter lever system, which speeds up shifting operations, the Campagnolo Super Record 2x12 speed front derailleur introduces numerous technical innovations. The effort required for shifting has been reduced thanks to the division of the front link piece, which avoids contact with the stop screw. The shape of the inner guide plate is designed for maximum climbing speed, while the profile of the one-piece outer guide plate ensures efficient chain climbing and fast, smooth descent thanks to the use of carbon fibers.
The look of this component perfectly integrates with the Super Record group thanks to the use of unidirectional carbon fibers and titanium bolts. Fine adjustment of the derailleur positions, adjustable via Ergopower controls, prevents any contact with the chain even at maximum crossover. In terms of compatibility, the Super Record derailleur can be mounted with tires up to 32 mm, thanks to the upper link and dual cable attachment.
