This provides better head protection from external mechanical forces, unlike helmets made with spot bonding. In-Mold is a manufacturing process where the helmet's inner shell is held under the outer shell by high pressure and high temperatures. The result is a strong bond and an exceptionally stable helmet structure with minimal weight.
