The thermal power of the balaclava liner combined with the breathability of the Polypropylene fiber promotes climate regulation, thus preventing the annoying sensation of feeling wet. The balaclava liner is lightweight but very warm when worn and offers exceptional protection against the cold. It features a simple yet refined design.
HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT
The Merino Wool balaclava liner can be used in temperatures ranging from -20° to +10°. This temperature range indicates the extreme limits of use. Therefore, the average temperature should be considered as a reference to meet your needs, which vary depending on the sport, weather conditions, and your own thermoregulation.
To increase thermal effectiveness and protection, it is recommended to layer multiple technical garments, following the Biotex philosophy. Choose the color and find out the day you can wear it and train with a technical and high-performance product. The Merino Wool balaclava liner is guaranteed by Biotex’s experience. The garment does not lose its technical qualities over the years or after many washes: it is important to follow some simple rules for garment care.

GARMENT CARE
Take care of your Biotex garments to ensure long-lasting use. It is recommended to wash the garment before use to avoid possible color transfer to other clothes. To maintain its characteristics unchanged, a gentle wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying are advised. Make sure everything is properly closed: zippers, buttons, Velcro. Avoid or reduce the use of fabric softeners (they inhibit breathability). Do not place on radiators or other direct heat sources and do not use an iron. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment’s effectiveness. Bright/neon colors may fade.
